SMS, texting & 10DLC terms
Please review this page periodically for updates.
The Accident Doctor Group ("Clinic," "we," "us," or "our") provides this SMS & Texting Campaign Disclosure to detail how we utilize short message service (SMS), multimedia messaging service (MMS), and cell-network shortcodes to interface with our patients, commercial motor vehicle operators (CDL holders), and partners across Arizona. We are dedicated to maintaining absolute cellular transparency while upholding strict carrier compatibility guidelines, including full compliance with federal and local Carrier 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) registration frameworks.
By providing your mobile telephone number on any online booking wizard, physical intake sheet, callback request, or general inquiry webform, you represent that you are the primary subscriber or custom authorized user of that mobile telephone line, and you explicitly agree to receive administrative and transactional text alerts under the schedules detailed below.
1. Consent mechanisms & explicit opt-in
We maintain a dual-layer, zero-spam registration environment. Users must affirmatively consent to cellular text communications through one of the following official opt-in channels:
- Scheduling consent checkbox: When booking a same-day flat-fee DOT exam or an auto accident chiropractic therapy via our web platform, you are presented with an un-pre-checked, mandatory consent trigger that reads: "I consent to receive automated transactional text messages and appointment updates from The Accident Doctor at the mobile number provided."
- Paper and digital patient intake: By executing our on-site clinic registration files at our Phoenix and Tolleson practices, patients verify their communication preferences by physically supplying their mobile digits in designated text alert authorization sections.
- Callback and lead-in forms: Affirmative verbal verification or submission of our online callback queries constitutes consent to text back regarding immediate service availability or local clinic wait times.
2. Campaign classifications and text content scope
Communications transmitted via SMS or MMS are strictly limited to necessary administrative, clinical, and regulatory-alert touchpoints. We do not engage in unsolicited promotional blast spam. Text triggers are organized strictly as follows:
A. Schedulers & confirmations
Instant confirmations detailing your booked appointment slot, clickable driving-route coordinates to your selected Phoenix-area clinic, and on-site checklist reminders (such as insulin charts or CPAP compliance logs needed for your DOT check).
B. Wait-time & delay warnings
Real-time alerts notifying you if a board-certified medical examiner experiences high-volume delays, enabling you to adjust your departure and keep your clinic stay under 30 minutes.
C. CDL renewal expiration reminders
Automated alerts transmitted 30 days and 14 days prior to your commercial medical certificate's expiration date, helping you prevent compliance gaps with the Arizona DOT or commercial license suspensions.
D. Direct care coordination (MVA)
Follow-up text strings from your attending accident chiropractor concerning active spinal treatment plans, diagnostic x-ray releases, or scheduling adjustments.
3. Absolute phone protection & standard 10DLC data isolation
In strict compliance with 10DLC regulations defined by tier-1 wireless carriers (including Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and their respective networks), we declare the absolute standard of cellular data privacy:
Mobile data privacy certification:
Your mobile telephone number, SMS registration details, cell-carrier identifiers, and text-consent credentials will NEVER, under any circumstance, be leased, traded, rented, sold, or shared with third-party advertising companies, affiliate marketing agencies, lead aggregators, or external commercial operators. Your mobile consent represents a private, non-transferable connection established directly and exclusively with our Arizona clinics.
4. Opt-out instructions & de-registration ("STOP")
You maintain full, unrestricted control over your cellular communication preferences. You may revoke your texting consent and terminate any active messaging campaign at any time:
- Standard trigger: Simply reply with the keyword "STOP" directly to any text message received from our system.
- Alternative keywords: Our system also acknowledges and processes standard carrier opt-out commands including "QUIT", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "END".
- System confirmation: Upon receiving your STOP block, our database will transmit a final confirmation text verifying your phone number has been successfully de-registered. Following this, you will receive no further automated text messages from us unless you explicitly submit a fresh booking form to re-enable alerts.
5. Requesting operator support ("HELP")
If you encounter technical issues, require assistance adjusting your notification preferences, or are experiencing cellular transmission errors:
- Reply "HELP" to any message, and an administrative staff member will be alerted to coordinate with you.
- Call our central communications desk directly at (602) 348-5484 and request SMS technical configuration.
- Send an electronic mail request detailing your requirements to sms-support@theaccidentdoctor.com.
6. Cost declarations and carriers supported
We do not charge patients or drivers any fees to participate in our texting alert lists. However, standard messaging and data transaction rates set by your mobile carrier may apply based on your cellular data plan. Message frequencies are variable and directly tied to the frequency of physical appointments booked or active chiropractic treatments selected. We support all major national wireless networks and virtual operators (MVNOs). Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
